1 — Initial Inquiry & Consultation

Submit an inquiry form to kick things off. From there, we’ll schedule a consultation call where we’ll get to know each other and dive into the nitty-gritty details—your travel style, priorities, budget, and must-haves—so I can fully understand what you’re looking for in your trip.

2 – Custom Proposal Creation

After our consultation call, I’ll get to work designing a personalized travel proposal tailored to your preferences, budget, and travel goals. Once it’s ready, I’ll share it with you so you can review the options, provide feedback, and make decisions on resorts, accommodations, and other trip details before we move forward.

3 – Booking & Confirmation

Once you’ve finalized your selections, I’ll take care of booking all the details of your trip. After everything is confirmed, I’ll share your confirmation documents and important travel information, and I’ll keep you updated on final payment deadlines so nothing slips through the cracks.

4 — Extra Details & Enhancements

With your trip booked, we’ll turn our attention to the extra details that make it truly special. This may include restaurant reservations, excursions, special experiences, and other trip components—depending on the type of trip you’re taking—so everything feels seamless and thoughtfully planned.

5 –Before You Go

Two to three weeks before your departure, I’ll share your final travel documents and detailed itinerary with you via email and a convenient app you can download for easy access. You’ll have everything you need in one place, including confirmation details, emergency contact information, good-to-knows, and more—so you can travel with confidence.

6 – Travel With Ease

It’s time to enjoy your trip! While you’re traveling, you can relax knowing everything has been thoughtfully planned. Once you return home, you’ll receive a welcome-home email from me to check in, answer any follow-up questions, and hear all about your experience.

Planning a trip should feel exciting, not confusing — so here are a few helpful things to know before we officially begin working together.

Every itinerary is different, and planning fees vary based on destination, complexity, and service type. You’ll receive a clear outline of the planning fee during your consultation call, along with an explanation of what it covers and why it’s charged.

Planning Fees Are Trip-Specific

To ensure the best availability and pricing, it’s recommended to reach out 6–12 months in advance for most destinations, with Europe and Hawaii often needing earlier planning, and Africa or more complex trips ideally starting 12–18 months ahead.

When to Reach Out

You’ll receive a secure link to submit your card information directly into our protected CRM system. From there, I’ll manage and apply all required payments for your trip, ensuring deadlines are met and everything is handled accurately.

Secure Payments & Processing

At this time, we do not assist with domestic flights, as many airlines only work directly with the passenger listed on the ticket, limiting our ability to provide full support.

We’re happy to assist with international flights, where we can offer better oversight, advocacy, and support throughout the booking and travel process.
