What Happens After You Submit?
Here’s what you can expect next:
01 - I’ll Review Your Inquiry
Every trip starts with understanding your travel style, must-haves, and the experience you’re hoping to create. I personally review each inquiry, which gives me a basic understanding of what you’re looking for in your trip and allows me to prepare for our initial consultation call, including the right questions to better understand your vision.
02 - You’ll Hear From Me Within 24–48 Hours to Schedule Your Consultation Call
After you submit your inquiry, I’ll email you to introduce myself, confirm your details, and schedule your free consultation call. During our call, we’ll get to know each other and go over the key details I’ll need to thoughtfully plan your vacation — from your preferences and priorities to any must-haves or wish-list experiences. We’ll talk through your vision (whether it’s fully formed or still taking shape), and I’ll answer any questions you have. I’ll also explain what it looks like to work together and review our planning fee.
03 - Let The Planning Begin
Afterward, I’ll send a follow-up email recapping everything we discussed and outlining the next steps. I’ll include a breakdown of my planning support, what’s included, the planning fee link, and an estimated timeline for creating your itinerary. Once the planning fee is submitted, the planning officially begins.
